Quality management system policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia is recognised by its customers as a reliable, long-term supplier; and by its stakeholders as a responsible, valued corporate citizen; and delivers value to its shareholders.
Policy on human rights
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia supports the implementation of the International Bill of Human Rights, and of the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work as they are transcribed into the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
Equal employment opportunity policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia does not discriminate against anyone in recruitment practice or in the performance of the Company business operations.
Occupational health and safety policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia supports the implementation of all relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, and of applicable international agreements and standards relevant to occupational health and safety.
Environmental policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia will actively seek to minimise adverse environmental impacts from its operations by maintaining and continuously improving the quality of the environment and, at the same time. increase community confidence in its business activities.
Anti-corruption policy
Corruption, fraud, theft or other dishonest acts listed in the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated by PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia.
Supplier integrity policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia requires all suppliers of goods and services to refrain from exerting undue influence on Company interests or other business interests, and from disrupting the continuity of their business relationships with the Company.
Child labour policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia believes that children should have the right to education and a healthy life, and is committed to ensuring that children, under the age of 18 years, are not employed by the Company for any work-related purpose.
Policy against forced or trafficked labour
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia recognises that forced or trafficked labour can take various forms, which are all equally unacceptable. Debt bondage is considered to be forced labour.
Sexual harassment policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia supports a strict implementation of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia in punishing sexual harassment.
Protection of reproductive rights policy
To this effect, and within the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia will:
a. Ensure that couples and individuals seeking medical services related to reproductive and sexual health are accommodated;
b. Ensure that couples or individuals can freely decide when and how many children they want, and are guaranteed the right to information on conception.
Grievance policy
Employees and other stakeholders who express a concern or grievance according to Company procedures (Whistleblowing standard operating procedure - SOP) will not be penalised or victimised in any way by the Company or its employees.
Non-compliance with this provision will result in disciplinary action, up to dismissal, and might also result in legal action.
Freedom of association policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia supports the implementation of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia relevant to freedom of association for workers and employees.
Smoke-free work policy
It is the policy of PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia that employees must not smoke in the workplace or within five metres of the entrance of the buildings. Smoking is not permitted in the toilet areas, hallways or any other part of the buildings.
Drug and alcohol policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia supports the strict implementation of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia with regard to the abuse of drugs and alcohol.
Whistleblowing policy
PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia is committed to adhering to the highest standards of ethical, moral and legal conduct in business operations. To maintain these standards, the Company encourages its employees who have concerns about suspected misconduct to come forward and express these concerns without fear of punishment or unfair treatment. This policy aims to provide on avenue for employees to raise concerns about any violations of legal or regulatory requirements, incorrect or the misrepresentation of any financial statements, reports, Company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other standards implemented by the Company.
IT security policy
This policy applies to data processing equipment, hardware, software and the network physically housed in PT Tolan Tiga Indonesia or stored remotely under the management of SIPEF Indonesia.
IT hardware and computer usage policy
Use of the computer equipment is limited to employees and authorised users. Employees and authorised users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and their password. They must change their password periodically and take precautions to prevent unauthorised access to their computer/account by logging off or by locking their computer when left unattended.
Training policy
In order to provide quality management that satisfies customer needs and expectations, the Company ensures each worker is suitably informed and trained.
